If you are a photographer or user of the Website who has provided or posted photographs to the Website Owner or on the Website, you specifically acknowledge that any personal identifying information which may be contained in or apparent on looking at any of the photographs may be provided to third parties as part of a sale or licence of those photographs and you specifically waive all rights in regard to privacy in relation to information which may appear in or be contained in any of those photographs. | ||

The Website Owner may contract out some services such as delivery of products, mailing invoices and other information and correspondence, credit checking, provisioning, marketing and fault fixing to external contractors or service providers. | (2) | If you wish to obtain a copy of any personal information held by the Website Owner, the Website Owner will ask that you put the request in writing in order to ensure that the Website Owner can verify your identity.
