	(1)	The Website Owner does not trade, rent or sell your personal information to any third parties, although the Website Owner does licence or sell photographs posted on the Website by photographers or users.  If you are a photographer or user of the Website who has provided or posted photographs to the Website Owner or on the Website, you specifically acknowledge that any personal identifying information which may be contained in or apparent on looking at any of the photographs may be provided to third parties as part of a sale or licence of those photographs and you specifically waive all rights in regard to privacy in relation to information which may appear in or be contained in any of those photographs.
	(2)	The Website Owner will not share your personal information with any other party except when the third party is helping us to provide a service to you.  The Website Owner may contract out some services such as delivery of products, mailing invoices and other information and correspondence, credit checking, provisioning, marketing and fault fixing to external contractors or service providers.  The Website Owner may disclose personal information to those organisations where it is necessary for the third party to know that information in order to provide the product or service, and any disclosure is limited to the information required to provide the goods or services that have been contracted out.

7.1	Obtaining a copy of Personal Information:
	(1)	Subject to clause 7.1(3), you have the right to obtain a copy of personal information relating to you that may be held by the Website Owner.   The Website Owner will deal with any requests for access to personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
	(2)	If you wish to obtain a copy of any personal information held by the Website Owner, the Website Owner will ask that you put the request in writing in order to ensure that the Website Owner can verify your identity.  If the Website Owner needs time to consider a request, the Website Owner will acknowledge that request within 7 days and respond within a maximum of one calendar month from the date of receipt of the request.

8.1	The Website Owner does not use Commonwealth Government identifiers (Medicare Numbers, etc.) in any area of their information collection or usage, unless in a case where we are an agent of a particular Government department, and in such a case, all Government privacy policies would apply.

9.1	You have the option of not identifying yourselves when entering transactions with the Website Owner, although you acknowledge that where you subscribe to the Website or post any photographs or content on the Website it is necessary for you to sufficiently identify yourselves in order to enable the Website Owner to ensure compliance with the law.
10.	Transborder Data Flows (NPP9):
10.1	We will only transfer your information overseas if you consent to us doing so.  If in the case of your information being transferred overseas, it is on the condition that your information is treated as it would be in Australia.
11.	Collection of Sensitive Information (NPP10):
11.1	We will not collect sensitive information from you unless you consent to us doing so.   If any form required by the Website Owner asks you for the supply of sensitive information, including information which comprises or is in regard to:
